Reflections

The process of creating a blog would start with creating an account at blog providers such as Livejournal, Blogger, or Xanga. There are also many other sites which offers similar services- either for free or for a fee. Most sites will provide custom templates for basic blog designing purposes, but also give users the chance to edit and customize it according to their preference.

While creating this blog, I have acquired skills such as basic designing, writing for an audience as well as researching for specific materials to provide support for my arguments.

As a blogger, in my opinion, there are several things that I should take into consideration. The main thing is of course the whole purpose of my blog, and the reason behind my posts. Otherwise, it would only be incessant, irrelevant ramblings only understood by myself and not my audience. The second thing to remember is to always be ethical and culturally sensitive even though it is my own personal blog. This is to prevent unwanted incidents such as copyright infringements and defamation. Lastly, I have to bear in mind the design elements of my blog to make it attractive but at the same time user-friendly.
